Looking for some lovely weekend breakfast inspiration?
This baked omelette could not be any easier to whip up. When I’m feeding my picky kids I usually add cheese.
Ingredients:
8 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt to taste
cherry tomatoes
toast with cream cheese
Instruction:
Preheat oven to 200 degree. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk until combined. Stir in cheese. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Serve with tomatoes and toast
