How to get the best suction from your plate/bowl:

To get the best suction out of your plate/bowl, clean the surface to prepare for plate/bowl application (this is imperative, the plate/bowl will not have effective suction if the surface is not clean and dry).

Press firmly in the center of the plate/bowl using either your finger or the tip of the spoon.

Apply plate/bowl – after pressing down on the plate/bowl including center and sides, always check suction.

To release simply lift the tab.

Our suction plate/bowl adheres best to smooth, non-porous surfaces such as plastic, tile, glass, fiberglass or metal. High chairs or wooden surfaces that are textured, porous or have slight curves will make it difficult to achieve lasting suction power.

So please remember to ensure a firm bond, surfaces should be totally free of scratches, dirt and soap film before attaching the plate/bowl.

Our silicone dinnerware products are all microwave, dishwasher, fridge & freezer safe.

Slight staining may occur if the product has come into contact with strong oil-based foods (oil/tomato-based sauces, carrot, pumpkin) and left unwashed for a period of time. To try to remove residue stains, scrub with dish soap and leave to soak in warm soapy water. For those super tough stains that won’t lift we also suggest you try a little bit of bicarbonate soda or lemon juice to remove it also.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our products will be stain-proof for all food this item comes into contact with and will not be able to provide refund or exchange on any stained products.
